Executive Assistant

Job Overview

  • Assist in the daily activities of the Executive Office.
  • Reports directly to the President of the company.
  • Provides administrative and technical assistance to the Executive Office.
  • Receive and answer communications, calls, and letters directed to the Executive Office.
  • Prepare and manage travel arrangements and schedules.
  • Organize and maintains files and records.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any course.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

  • This is an entry level position.
  • Must be fully vaccinated.
