Job Overview
- Works directly with the Advertising & Promotions Manager in the planning, conceptualizing, directing, implementing, and coordinating with the Sales Marketing Team
- Handles and supervise special events, tie-ups, and sponsorships like Mall/School/bar tours, Supporting Artists Endorsement Program, product clinics, etc.
- Prepares cost estimates and budget summaries, logistics, expenditure reports, billings from suppliers, prior to and after any projects
- Ensure that all requests for sponsorships and tie-ups are replied to accordingly.
- Ensure that all Advertising and Promotions Files are updated and in order.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor’s / college degree (any course with preference on Advertising, Marketing & Creatives, Multimedia Arts, or similar).
- Basic creative and business writing skills.
- Hardworking and can adapt to flexible working hours.
- Ability to pleasantly work with team members and customers.
- Strong orientation toward customer sales and service and understanding of customers’ needs.
- Proficient in any Graphic and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
