Job Overview
- Assist in the daily activities of the Executive Office.
- Reports directly to the President of the company.
- Provides administrative and technical assistance to the Executive Office.
- Receive and answer communications, calls, and letters directed to the Executive Office.
- Prepare and manage travel arrangements and schedules.
- Organize and maintains files and records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any course.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
